Summary: The Integration Manager defines requirements, supervises integration development, ensures performance, and acts as the main contact between development and stakeholders. Highlights: 1. The role of the Integration Manager is to define the requirements, supervise the development and go\-live process of integrations with other systems, continuous monitoring ensuring a high level of performance, whilst being the main point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders. **The job:** Integrations with clients and providers like channel management systems are being managed by an integration team. While the number of existing integrations is increasing, also it is the number of integrations under development. A position is available for a dedicated colleague who will be permanently supporting existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations at any given moment. The ideal candidate will be a young enthusiastic IT professional with a profound understanding of communications between real\-time distributed systems, excellent communicative skills and experience in agile teams. We expect the candidate to directly collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external such as clients, providers, distributors, and development teams, in order gather and organize requirements, write epics, user stories, roadmaps and collaborate in the product long\-term vision and strategy. You will be directly participating within the lean\-Agile ceremonies, helping the different development teams to understand priorities, and roadmaps for each one of the developments. We document everything in English and you’ll be required to defend your opinions, propose your ideas and manage any aspect in English, although during the day we might speak Spanish. **What we offer?** Excellent primary conditions are completed with a range of secondary conditions. We have flexibility on working hours and remote working. **Job Skills and Qualifications** * At least one year proven professional experience in a driven IT company or in an IT focused role. * Work effectively in a global highly matrix team environment. * Participating in functionality enhancements and continual API improvements. * Able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Maintain and improve our XML API documentation. * Have knowledge of real\-time distributed systems and strong technical interest. * Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. * Self\-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and committed. * Have experience within agile teams, experience in collaboration with developers and QA. * Knowledge of JSON and XML (schemas, web services, etc.), GET, POST, REST, http, networking, Swagger, SoapUI, Postman, Jmeter is a plus. * Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and writing. Working knowledge of German or another language is a plus.
