WHAT’S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? * 3–5 years of experience in the housekeeping department. * Organizational skills, methodical approach, leadership ability, attention to detail, thoroughness. * Specific training in Housekeeping Cleaning. * Vocational training or equivalent. * English proficiency is a plus. WHAT WILL YOUR WORK INVOLVE? * Inspect all departure (check-out) and occupied rooms. * Plan Housekeeping Department work using the control sheet. * Manage laundry and linen inventory. * Record any incidents found in rooms and communicate them effectively to maintenance and front desk teams for timely resolution. * Verify room shelf stock with reception. * Train new cleaning staff. * Supervise general hotel cleaning, including all public areas. * Motivate staff and provide verbal and written recognition. * Handle guest complaints or incidents related to cleaning services—investigate, resolve, and follow up on issues such as cleanliness, missing amenities, or poor room condition.
