Currently, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for our Food & Beverage Department. The primary mission of this role is to support the dining room team in customer service and the smooth execution of service, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in dining room, restaurant, buffet, or bar service. * Prepare, set up, and clear tables and service areas. * Restock supplies, beverages, and products required during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and dining room equipment. * Attend to customers following instructions from the dining room supervisor. * Collaborate in setting up and preparing dining rooms and events. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- Professional Competencies: * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of dining room service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are a plus.
