The main responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating the reception team, supporting the Head of Reception in daily departmental organization. Managing check \- in and check \- out procedures. Attending to customers and resolving incidents, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Coordinating and supervising room assignments, room changes, and special requests. Cash handling, daily closings, and monitoring administrative procedures specific to reception. Supervising reservations, room sales, and availability control. Managing and following up on calls, emails, and customer requests. Supporting training, motivation, and supervision of reception staff and bellboys under their responsibility. Ensuring compliance with company-established quality standards and procedures. Acting as substitute for the Head of Reception during their absence, assuming full departmental operations. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar role or as a receptionist with supervisory responsibilities. Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. High level of English; other languages will be highly valued. Strong customer orientation and leadership skills.
