Foster a high-performance and motivating team environment. **Job Mission:** Reporting to and under the supervision of the F\&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating excellence in bar services at the establishment’s bar outlets, ensuring a differentiated guest experience aligned with brand standards. ### **What will you do?** * Direct, plan, organize, and supervise daily bar operations. * Coordinate and lead your team, fostering a high-performance and motivating environment. * Ensure proper service execution, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards. * Manage billing, collections, cash reconciliation, and revenue settlement. * Supervise inventory, orders, stock control, and shrinkage management. * Control costs and optimize material and human resources within the department. * Deliver excellent and personalized customer service. * Train and support new hires, ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience aligned with company culture. * Actively participate in continuous training and team development. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role as Bar Manager or bar supervisor. * Proficiency in English. * Results-oriented profile with focus on achieving financial objectives. * Experience in team management, leadership, and strong customer orientation. * Planning, organizational, and operational control capabilities. * Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
