




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage orders, delivery notes, telephone customer service, and coordination with various departments to ensure efficient workflow. Main job duties will include receiving all incoming orders and issuing daily delivery notes to customers. The role will also involve telephone customer service, handling both orders and any incidents that arise. The selected candidate must coordinate with and provide detailed information to the technical, kitchen, and logistics departments to ensure efficient workflow. A vocational or university degree in an administrative field is required; prior experience in the food industry, quality control, logistics, and invoicing will be valued. A temporary contract is offered with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM\. Salary will be determined according to the Collective Agreement for the Catering Services Sector.
