Main responsibilities: * Planning and implementing activities. * Fostering a positive atmosphere of coexistence and mutual support. * Conducting systematic observation of children, girls, and adolescents (CGA) to identify their strengths and areas requiring intervention through interdisciplinary collaboration. * Supporting them in improving basic habits and social skills that enhance their well-being and development. * Participating in team meetings. * Participating in the annual project evaluation within the framework of team coordination spaces. * Addressing educational support needs. * Promoting healthy lifestyles, study habits, and values. * Guaranteeing a SAFE and trustworthy space for CGA. **Profile:** Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. Passion for education and teaching; interest in teaching and guiding individuals through their developmental process.
