DESCRIPTION Leonardo Hotels, the European division of Fattal Hotels, operating over 200 hotels across Europe, Great Britain, and Israel, is continuously expanding. Responsibilities * Technical coordination of maintenance, renovation, and new construction works across group hotels. * Periodic site visits and supervision of ongoing construction and project works in Spain and Portugal. * Review of installations (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, etc.). * Preparation of technical documentation: specifications, budgets, reports, and schedules. * Coordination with suppliers, installers, and contractors. * Management and certification of installation teams (internal and external): pre-selection, training, and evaluation. * Supervision of technical execution of installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, specifications, cost targets, and timelines. * Identification and resolution of technical incidents throughout all project phases. * Coordination with other departments (maintenance, operations, architecture, etc.) to ensure integrated execution. * Ongoing technical advisory support to local hotel maintenance teams. Minimum Requirements: \- \-Industrial Technical Engineer or Industrial Vocational Training qualification, with practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations. * All types of installations in a hotel building. * Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and construction management. * Experience in hotel construction projects is preferred but not mandatory. * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory. * Willingness and ability to travel throughout Spain and Portugal. * Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, PRESTO, and Microsoft Project is preferred. * Residence in the Balearic Islands.
