We are seeking an IT Management Technician holding a university degree or master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technologies, with 5 or more years of experience. Mandatory: OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED DISABILITY CERTIFICATE ≥ 33% Design and evolve solution architectures for core platforms in commercial insurance and accumulation management. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Drive application landscape simplification and modernization. Act as advisor during vendor evaluations and solution assessments. * 5 years of experience: \- In successful solution architecture projects, demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering scalable and reliable solutions. \- Solid understanding of business processes in insurance, preferably in Commercial Insurance. \- Solution design in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud, especially Azure), using the current .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core). \- Data-centric solution design, including data modeling, integration, and data governance, as well as related technologies. * Information Technologies * German (spoken advanced, written advanced) * English (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Security practices when working with Azure PaaS. Familiarity with integration patterns, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
