If you want to transform the future of energy, we are looking for a **Distribution Manager Technician** to join our **Technical Team Mallorca** in **Palma de Mallorca.**
**Who You Will Work With**
The Technical Team MALLORCA Unit carries out inspection and adaptation tasks, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports for the MV/LV grid.
This Unit handles certification, commissioning, and legalization of new installations, as well as updating relevant systems and databases according to established procedures.
Within this Unit, assigned distribution network management is performed, and collaboration occurs in analyzing inspection and fault results, scheduled maintenance, and defining required work in accordance with defined technical specifications.
**Your Responsibilities**
Carry out inspection and adaptation tasks, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports.
Perform tasks related to certification, commissioning, and legalization of new installations, as well as updating relevant systems and databases according to established procedures.
Manage the assigned distribution network.
Collaborate in analyzing inspection and fault results and scheduled maintenance, and define required work in accordance with defined technical specifications.
Prepare reports and propose works and proposals for improvement.
Coordinate and supervise personnel under your responsibility, receive completed repair work, request explanations, analyze data, generate field incident reports (causes, affected and repaired components, timelines, etc.), and define possible pending actions.
**What Is Required?**
**Minimum requirements** for this position are:
**Required soft skills**: Change management, complex problem solving, communication, customer orientation, results orientation, and collaboration.
**Education, languages and other relevant information**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent.
**Additional requirements**, considered advantageous, include:

**Experience:** Prior experience and familiarity with e\-Distribución Redes Digitales procedures and systems, as well as experience interacting with personnel from other companies, organizations and customers.
