**Description** Our client, a leading company in the industrial sector with over 50 years of industrial experience, specializing in manufacturing and processing, is seeking to hire a Commercial Technician to manage and develop business in the northern region of Spain (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Navarre, and La Rioja). The selected candidate will join a solid and growing project, assuming responsibility for consolidating the existing customer portfolio and driving new commercial opportunities within a highly specialized market. This is a role with a strong business development focus, technical liaison, and consultative commercial management. **Responsibilities** * Management and retention of the assigned customer portfolio in the northern region. * Prospecting and acquisition of new customers in industrial sectors related to aluminum and its applications. * Business development and identification of new commercial opportunities. * Technical\-commercial advisory on solutions and products manufactured by the company. * Preparation, follow\-up, and negotiation of commercial proposals. * Periodic visits to existing and potential customers. * Project follow\-up and coordination with internal departments to ensure fulfillment of commitments. * Market, competitor, and evolving customer needs analysis. * Achievement of sales and margin targets set by the commercial management. * Periodic reporting on commercial activity and regional performance. **What We Offer** * Permanent employment via indefinite contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * A professional project within an established industrial company with strong sector positioning. * Autonomy in managing the assigned commercial territory. * Competitive fixed salary plus a variable compensation system linked to objectives. * Company vehicle, work tools, and expenses associated with commercial activities. * Initial training and ongoing technical\-commercial support. * Professional development within a highly stable and growing organization.
