**What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for ensuring the proper accounting and financial management of several Group companies, guaranteeing information integrity, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of financial processes, driving automation, standardization, and reporting quality.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Coordinate and execute monthly and annual accounting closings for various Group companies, performing balance, variance, and key deviation analyses.
* Maintain up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with Group policies and applicable regulations (local and IFRS).
* Participate in the preparation and validation of financial information for monthly and annual closings, collaborating with various finance and business teams.
* Ensure correct integration and reconciliation of information across modules and systems.
* Collaborate on improving, automating, and standardizing financial processes, working closely with the IT Systems team and other departments.
* Support the preparation of operating budgets and cash flow forecasts.
* Prepare and review bank reconciliations and balances with financial institutions.
* Prepare tax reports and support tax compliance obligations.
* Review and reconcile intercompany transactions among Group companies.
* Manage invoice registration, control, and payment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper accrual recording.
* Prepare documentation required for external and internal audits.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
* Experience in international environments is desirable.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or SAP is desirable.
* Advanced level of English.
