Intress needs to hire an **Educational Assistant** profile to cover a temporary leave replacement at the **Bellamar Educational Center**, located in **Son Ferriol (Palma).** ***WE OFFER:*** * **Vacant position:** On-call Shift Educational Assistant * **Center or Service:** Bellamar Educational Center (Son Ferriol, Palma) * **Center location:** Palma * **Start date**: Immediate * **Monthly gross salary (1):** 1564.75€ gross monthly + (on-call shift supplement 127.52€ + night shift allowance) * **Weekly working hours:** 37.5 weekly hours * **Schedule:** According to needs ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Collaborate with the team in developing the individualized care plan to achieve the goals set by the person being assisted. * Facilitate mediation and integration within the environment, making use of community resources (support at home and in the immediate surroundings) through collaborative and coordinated processes. * Strengthen users' abilities and resources (and those of their children, when applicable) to empower individuals. * Attend team meetings at the center or service to share information about work carried out with users, gather data from other areas, and coordinate relevant procedures. * Update and share knowledge, promote new experiences, and foster a professional atmosphere within the collaborating team. * Work towards restoring the user's relationship with their family. * Assist in implementing the center’s educational program and individual programs for minors or young people under the supervision of educators and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks. * Maintain and monitor the field diary to record all activities, observations, and incidents concerning each family member and/or users. * Provide, along with the rest of the center or program staff, basic care and ensure the physical integration of minors and young people. * Prepare and complete all documents deemed appropriate according to assigned duties.
