Professional development and career plan About the Position We are looking for an **Installation Site Manager** (specializing in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and special systems) to lead and coordinate building and/or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring correct technical execution, schedule compliance, and economic control of on-site installations. Main Responsibilities * Planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site installations. * Management of subcontractors and in-house teams. * Technical, economic, and quality control of works. * Review of project documentation, measurements, and certifications. * Monitoring of scheduling and deadline compliance. * Coordination with design management and other site managers. * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as an Installation Site Manager. * Solid technical knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and special systems. * Experience in cost control and scheduling (MS Project, Presto or similar). * Leadership skills and team management capability. * Willingness to travel if required by the project. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in hospital, tertiary, or industrial projects. * Experience in photovoltaic installation execution. * Knowledge of BIM (Revit, Navisworks). * Intermediate/advanced level of English.
