ROLE* Professional with over 5 years of relevant iOS mobile development experience, possessing a strong understanding of programming concepts, software design, and engineering principles. * The role involves autonomous work and performing Technical Leadership functions in mobile development environments, acting as team mentor and being accountable for the project’s technical quality. * Effectively manage your time to meet objectives with a medium-term planning horizon, directly contributing to team performance. * Make decisions grounded in technical knowledge and project context—not solely on predefined rules. PROFILE* Mobile Development Expert: Extensive experience in native iOS development with Swift (Objective-C experience highly valued). Proficiency in UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), and SOLID principles. Advanced use of Xcode, dependency management (SPM, CocoaPods), performance optimization, and analysis with Instruments. Familiarity with automation tools, profilers, and iOS CI/CD pipelines. * iOS Technical Leadership: Ability to provide technical guidance to the team, conduct code reviews, define standards, and ensure sound engineering practices. * Android development experience (Kotlin/Java) or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is highly valued. * Software Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the full software lifecycle, integrating best practices in design, documentation, and delivery. Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or other agile frameworks. * Databases and Storage: Experience with Core Data, Realm, SQLite, and secure storage mechanisms. Use of cloud services such as iCloud, Firebase, or similar is a plus. * Testing: Demonstrated competence in unit testing, UI testing, and integration testing using tools such as XCTest, Quick/Nimble, or similar. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams. * Fluent French required for communication with teams and clients.
