At **LOGRA**, we are looking to welcome a new team member primarily responsible for elevator installation, as well as other lifting systems and modernization projects. We prefer candidates with prior experience; however, we also highly value profiles with a solid technical foundation and the ability to learn and grow within the trade. **We are not simply seeking someone to install. We seek a person who takes responsibility for how the installation is completed.** WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Installation of elevators, primarily in new construction projects. * Installation of other lifting devices and systems. * Modernization work. * Preparation, organization, and execution of installation tasks. * Resolution of incidents and issues arising during work. * Coordination and collaboration with the rest of the team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **Mandatory requirements:** * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to work sites. * Knowledge and training in electricity or related fields. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical instructions. * Physical capability to work on construction sites. * Responsibility, punctuality, and professional attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Orderliness and care for tools, materials, and installations. * Motivation and capacity to learn and progress. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. * Aptitude and interest in adapting to new tools, technologies, and work applications. Experience in **elevator and other lifting system installation**, as well as in related technical activities—such as mechanical structures, automation, automatic doors, industrial electromechanics, hydraulics, welding, and similar fields—will be valued.
