Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing machinery to ensure quality and optimize productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Printing Material Assembly and Adjustment 2. Color, Viscosity, and Registration Quality Control 3. Machinery Operation and Preventive Maintenance * **Assembly and Adjustment:** Preparation of rollers, clichés (photopolymers), inks, and substrates according to production orders. * **Quality Control:** Monitoring color matching (Pantone), ink viscosity, and print registration throughout the entire run. * **Machinery Operation:** Controlling web tension, drying temperatures, and machine speed to optimize productivity without excessive waste. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Cleaning ink pans, anilox rolls, and doctor blade chambers, as well as reporting mechanical failures. * **Documentation:** Recording material consumption and finished product quantities in the system or logbook.
