Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They empower themselves to move freely through their space and do what needs to be done — whether it’s handling operational tasks; responding to guest requests; completing reports; sharing information about local attractions; or assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to/from rooms and/or to designated bell areas. The Guest Experience Expert ensures every interaction feels like a positive part of the experience. No matter your role, there are fundamental things that support success — creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining quality standards; and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional at all times. The Guest Experience Expert is always on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and climbing up or down service stairs and/or ramps); taking an active role (must be able to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects unassisted weighing up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance; reach above and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop). Performing all tasks to the best of one’s ability (and other reasonable duties as requested), it is critical that Guest Experience Experts consistently do the right things for guests and the business.
