Position Summary: Tragsatec is seeking Technicians for a movable assets inventory project, responsible for reviewing, cleansing, and updating inventories, as well as identifying and labeling assets. Opportunity to draft technical sheets and reports. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 2 Technicians for a movable assets inventory project in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Reviewing, cleansing, and updating the movable assets inventory. * Identifying and labeling movable assets. * Supporting reconciliation between physical and accounting inventories, including reviewing case files. * Handling Excel files containing large volumes of information. * Drafting technical sheets and reports on inventoried assets. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the data provided in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (qualifications officially recognized in Spain), OR have at least 12 months of proven professional experience in the relevant field and/or in the duties of this position. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 1 year of professional experience handling databases and conducting movable assets inventories. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 2 years of experience in physical movable assets inventories and labeling (professional experience). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Knowledge of the Sorolla2\-GDI application (to be verified during technical assessment). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and/or Access (to be verified during technical assessment). * Knowledge of public accounting (to be verified during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 9 months. + Full-time work schedule.
