We are seeking a Treasury Manager with experience in corporate environments and strategic vision, capable of ensuring efficient liquidity management, optimizing financial resources, and actively contributing to improving finance department processes. This is a stable position offering a high degree of autonomy, direct contact with the Finance Director, and the ability to drive improvements in the group's economic\-financial management. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the group's treasury operations, ensuring daily financial balance, optimizing working capital, and maintaining smooth relationships with financial institutions. Key responsibilities Supervise daily treasury positions and ensure liquidity availability. Prepare financial forecasts and monitor cash flows in the short, medium, and long term. Manage relationships with banks and negotiate financial products. Coordinate payments, collections, and bank reconciliations across the group's various entities. Participate in financing transactions and financial debt control. Analyze and optimize working capital to improve financial efficiency. Drive improvements in procedures, internal controls, and process automation. Collaborate closely with Accounting and the Finance Director in preparing economic\-financial information. Lead a small team within the treasury department. We seek a candidate with Proven experience in corporate treasury roles. Solid knowledge of financial planning, cash management, and liquidity management. Experience negotiating with and managing relationships with financial institutions. Thorough understanding of the financial cycle and the accounting impact of transactions. Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Sufficient English proficiency to operate effectively in a professional environment. We especially value Experience within business groups comprising multiple legal entities.
