Job Summary: We are seeking an oven operator for the night shift, responsible for temperature control, process recording, cleaning, and problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Training provided by the company 2. Possibility of an indefinite-term contract 3. Night shift from Monday to Friday An oven operator is required for the night shift. Responsibilities: \- Load trolleys containing prepared products into various ovens for the corresponding thermal treatment, monitoring temperature during and at the end of the process. \- Accurately record all process conditions per batch. \- Transfer products to the cooling chamber upon completion of the thermal treatment process. \- Complete assigned reports, logs, and forms with relevant data: quality records, production records, cleaning records, allergen control records, etc. \- Strictly observe FIFO at all times: batches for smoking, batches for baking, etc. \- Perform cleaning of ovens and associated equipment (trolleys, rods, etc.) according to the established frequency. \- Resolve any issues arising during the manufacturing process within defined parameters. \- Record, identify, and segregate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis, in accordance with the company’s established protocols. \- Properly manage waste (sawdust, casings, plastics, etc). Requirements: \- Availability to work night shifts. \- Experience operating industrial ovens. \- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable. \- Basic office software skills. Offer: \- Full-time temporary contract with possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, except Fridays, which will be from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. \- Company-provided training. \- Work location: Móstoles.
