Responsibilities: Planning, management, and optimization of industrial processes. Productivity analysis and continuous improvement of operations. Supervision of industrial projects from design through execution. Cost, time, and resource control. Implementation of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). Coordination with various departments (production, logistics, quality).
