Join Allianz Seguros España’s Enterprise Architecture team, providing direct support to BBVA Allianz, and actively participate in the main technology transformation, modernization, and innovation programs of the BBVA‑Allianz partnership. What will you do at BBVA Allianz? You will serve as the single architectural reference point between BBVA and Allianz, ensuring strategic coherence, end-to-end alignment, and proper governance of all initiatives funded by BBVA. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Designing and evolving the target IT architecture required for BBVA Allianz. * Translating BBVA’s business strategies and transformation priorities into formal business architecture artifacts, aligned with Allianz standards and processes. * Supporting key technology transformation projects. * Ensuring end-to-end coherence of processes, data, customer journeys, and application landscape. * Acting as the primary architectural liaison between BBVA, Enterprise Architecture, Organization, and Allianz Technology. * Supporting IT/IS risk control, security, and regulatory compliance. * Supporting the Organization teams in demand management and prioritization, ensuring proposed solutions align with the target architecture. * Participating in governance forums (Design Authority, IT Strategy, etc.), escalating risks and dependencies. * Supporting AI projects, particularly those linked to BBVA’s innovation initiatives. * Ensuring alignment with the modernization roadmap and preventing regressions to legacy systems. What does BBVA Allianz need from you? * Proven experience of more than 5 years in similar roles (Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, IT Architect). * Hybrid business + technical profile, ideally with consulting, banking, and/or insurance experience. * Analytical capability, critical thinking, and solution orientation. * Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders (BBVA, Allianz, Technology, Organization). * Knowledge of the IT solutions market. * Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities. * C1 level English proficiency. * Cloud/Azure certification is a plus. * Same IT asset permissions and access rights as profiles directly reporting to the CIO of Allianz Spain.
