We are at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth, with significant organizational, positioning, and commercial strategy changes, making this hiring a unique opportunity to actively participate in the showroom’s evolution and the company’s future development. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We want to welcome a **Projects Technician (Contract)** to our team, who will develop furnishing projects addressing clients’ functional, aesthetic, and budgetary needs — transforming commercial information into clear, attractive visual proposals that facilitate decision-making and contribute to the commercial success of projects. #### **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing furnishing projects based on briefings provided by the commercial team (offices, education, healthcare, contract spaces, etc.). * Preparing space planning, layouts, and visualizations to help clients understand the proposed space and solution. * Providing technical and commercial input during product, solution, and configuration definition. * Preparing graphical and technical documentation for client presentations. * Supporting the commercial team during project presentations, as needed. * Functionally coordinating with the HQ Projects team to ensure technical and brand consistency. * Adjusting projects according to client feedback and commercial opportunity evolution. * Collaborating with other departments (product, marketing, technical-commercial) to guarantee viable and competitive solutions. * Maintaining a business-oriented perspective, understanding the project as a key tool to close sales. #### **To succeed in this role, you’ll need:** * Strong listening skills and the ability to translate needs into solutions. * Teamwork and coordination abilities in matrix environments. * Product sensitivity. * Customer orientation. * Advanced technical education in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Technical Architecture or similar. * 3–5 years’ experience developing furnishing, contract, or interior design projects in commercial settings. * Knowledge of basic workplace space regulations. * Proficiency in: AutoCAD, rendering tools (SketchUp), editorial and design software (Adobe, Affinity), and 3D modeling. * Experience with AI tools and project management software is a plus. * English proficiency, minimum B2 level. **What Can We Offer You?** --------------------------- * The opportunity to join a highly skilled team * A collaborative and professional work environment * Participation in top-tier projects with reference clients and specifiers * Comprehensive health insurance starting after two years of service * Training and professional development opportunities in national and international projects At ACTIU, we value diversity and treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
