Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to manage client relations, oversee construction sites, supervise materials, and control project economics. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Site Manager, also known as an Architectural Technician or Technical Architect, for a growing construction company in Madrid. Main responsibilities include managing relationships with end clients, thorough site control through organization of in-house personnel and subcontractors, and material supervision. The role also entails economic control and cost planning for projects. Adaptation to the company's tendering, contracting, and execution procedures is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. The annual gross salary is €42,000, including a company car and fuel. The primary work location will be the North Zone, with the first month dedicated to office-based training before transitioning to construction sites. * Minimum 10 years' experience as an Architectural Technician/Site Manager. * Education: Technical Architecture (mandatory) * Software proficiency: AutoCAD and Presto.
