The main responsibilities will include invoice preparation and tender management. The candidate will also provide support to the economic department, including payroll and passport management tasks. A disability certificate of at least 33% is required for this position. A high school diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in the administrative field is mandatory. Prior experience of at least six months in billing, tenders, and similar administrative functions will be valued. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, and a valid driver's license will be considered a plus. The contract will be temporary, covering a long-term IT replacement, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:00\.
