**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 2 Administrative Staff - Site Support in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Provide administrative support for construction site operations in Almería. * Tasks include record keeping, telephone assistance, photocopying, filing, preparation of documents, and simple calculations. * Processing procurement committee files, including machinery, construction execution, and supply contracts according to LCSP and LPAC regulations. * Processing and recording of delivery notes and invoices, personnel chargeability, machinery reports, contracts, and documentation for funded projects. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must meet the following requirements and provide corresponding documentation in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a secondary education degree (ESO, EGB, Graduado Escolar) or high school diploma (BUP/COU), either officially recognized in Spain or with an equivalence certificate issued by the Secretariat General of Universities. #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in administrative specialization (including office software), with a minimum duration of 120 hours. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license. **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training or experience in LPAC (Common Administrative Procedure Act) (must be indicated in CV). * Accredited training or experience in LCSP (Public Sector Contracts Act) (must be indicated in CV). ### **Previous Experience** * Between 1 and 5 years of experience in administrative roles. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary employment contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the hiring cause, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). If the contract is a training/practical contract, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the job duties, allowing them to gain professional experience appropriate to their educational level. + Full-time working hours.
