The key to the success of our technological solutions lies in having a strong and competent team—both technically and interpersonally. Our software development team carries out tasks such as design, analysis, implementation, and development of new features to deliver high-quality services to companies including Hola.com, Mapfre, Evo Banco, Ocaso, Meliá, and others, while ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. This is a team that must continuously update its technical knowledge and prioritize quality and attention to detail in the solutions we develop.
“We like stepping outside the traditional and do everything in an agile and different way—always enjoying what we love most: writing code and improving everything around us. Our team consists of Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners, working with agile methodologies and plenty of common sense within a cutting-edge technological environment.”
That’s how a colleague from the team describes it. Therefore, we are looking for someone with frontend development experience—specifically in React—and familiarity and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3. We seek team-oriented individuals who are consistent and detail-oriented. You will join a highly stable, dynamic team that values a positive working atmosphere and high-quality work.
What does the role involve?
Here are some of the tasks you’ll perform as a React Frontend Developer:
Develop new features collaboratively with the team using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Cloud knowledge is highly valued.
Experience with Git.
Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency—ability to communicate effectively in this language.
Teamwork capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
High level of participation and proactivity; communicative and collaborative with the rest of the team.
Experience with Node.js is a plus.
All of this within a team characterized by its outstanding attitude, composed of multidisciplinary roles delivering creative solutions to unconventional challenges. You’ll work alongside people accustomed to collaborating and sharing information, capable of defending their ideas constructively, and unafraid to learn from both mistakes and successes.
What do we offer?
**Contract type:** Permanent
**Working hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible schedule
**Salary:** €24,000–€38,000 gross per year, depending on experience and profile
Join an exceptional team and work on projects at the forefront of digital transformation—with a full-time contract convertible to permanent and salary aligned with your experience.
How do we stand out?
At eºmergya, we always strive to adapt to the needs of our teams—and each individual. That’s why we offer:
Remote work. You can work from home—or anywhere you choose. To support this, we provide a telecommuting kit so you can comfortably and seamlessly carry out your responsibilities. That said, our Seville offices remain fully available to welcome you whenever needed.
Flexible working hours. Within a broad time window, you may adapt your working schedule to suit your personal needs. We value your free time and want you to achieve a healthy balance between personal and professional life.
Three months of reduced working hours during summer. Summer is meant to be enjoyed—and that’s crystal clear at eºmergya. From June 15 to September 15, we offer a 35-hour weekly schedule. For the rest of the year, the standard weekly schedule is 40 hours.
Professional training and growth. We offer courses, workshops, and certifications tailored to your needs and technical competencies. Additionally, we assess your skills, growth, and responsibility uptake through our 360° evaluations, supported by personalized development paths and periodic checkpoints.
One extra vacation day per triennium. We value and reward your commitment and trust in the eºmergya project. In addition to 24 working days of vacation—freely distributable—you receive one additional day for every three years completed with us.
**We love getting together:** That’s why we organize several internal events annually to bring everyone together, plus team-based dynamics and team-building sessions throughout the year. If you live elsewhere, we also assist with transportation costs via the mobility allowance offered by People & Culture for attending these events.
Other benefits—including a birth gift for newborns and additional perks through partner companies. You may also enroll in our competitive health insurance plan, managed through our flexible compensation platform for maximum savings.
But life isn’t all about work! At eºmergya, we value—and regularly enjoy—after-work moments: grabbing a drink and unwinding with the team.
What do we ask of you?
We’re looking for someone eager to keep growing and learning, unafraid of new tools or technologies we implement, and aware they’ll face unprecedented challenges.
