Dive into the world of AI and make a significant impact! **Accountabilities:** * Build multi\-agent systems to support territory planning, content sequencing, and engagement personalization. * Use LLMs and optimization algorithms to enable agents to reason over structured and unstructured data. * Design self\-learning logic frameworks that adjust to feedback from CRM, field, and market performance. * Support AI\-human interaction UX via portals, mobile apps, or embedded CRM interfaces. **Essential Skills/Experience:** * MS or PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Intelligent Systems, or Operations Research. * Experience in agent orchestration frameworks and autonomous systems design. * Strong grasp of reinforcement learning, causal modeling, or decision engines. * Applied experience in marketing, sales, or customer analytics preferred.
