Supportive team with mutual help and collaboration ### **Role Overview** We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi\-entity environment. You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group\-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities. This position is designed for a high\-potential candidate willing to grow into a senior group controlling role over time. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Monthly group closing and consolidation * Support group management reporting and variance analysis * Budgeting and forecasting support * Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting * Point of contact for local finance teams * Compliance with group controlling standards * Follow\-up on reporting timelines and deliverables * Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders ### **Experience \& Background** * Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent * 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Exposure to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus * Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus * Fluent English – Working Language * Additional languages are a plus ### **What We Offer** * Fast\-growing group in an international environment * Hybrid working model * A strong and supportive team, with mutual help and collaboration * Strong development path toward a senior group controlling role
