Your role will be hybrid, combining strategic project management with advanced technical execution. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Project Management and Leadership: End-to-End Leadership: Take full ownership of the IT project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to closure and handover to operations. Planning and Control: Define scope, schedules, milestones, and required resources, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Key Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with the client—managing expectations, communicating progress, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Coordination: Manage internal collaboration among the technical team to ensure all puzzle pieces fit together. 2\. Engineering, Implementation, and Support: Technical Execution: Lead hands-on implementation of designed architectures (e.g., server configuration, Cloud migration, network deployment). Solution Design: Develop technical designs and project documentation for networks, systems, and cybersecurity. Level-3 Support: Act as the final escalation point for critical cybersecurity or complex system incidents. Mentoring: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and technical training of the wider team. REQUIREMENTS Experience: Minimum 5+ years demonstrable experience in infrastructure (Networks/Systems) design and implementation, and at least 2 years managing or leading technology projects. Project Management: Proven ability to manage schedules, project documentation, and client relationships. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is valued. Cloud & Virtualization: Proficiency in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware vCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM). Microsoft Systems: Solid experience with MS Windows Server, GPOs, AD, Entra ID (Azure AD), and the M365/OneDrive ecosystem. Networking and Cybersecurity: Advanced knowledge of firewall configuration, MFA, XDR solutions, and routing/switching. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, results orientation, natural leadership, and transparency. Preferred qualifications: Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar. Technical Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator/Architect, MS-500/SC-200. Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Higher Vocational Training in ASIR/Cybersecurity. Languages: English (fluent technical level), Spanish, and Catalan.
