The selected candidate will be the center’s first point of contact, performing a key role in welcoming, assisting, and providing administrative support, thereby contributing to a close-knit, safe, and well-organized environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone assistance to service users, family members, visitors, and suppliers. * Call management and call forwarding. * Access control and registration of entries and exits. * Support in basic administrative tasks (mail handling, filing, scheduling). * Coordination and communication with various departments within the center. * Maintenance of the reception area in appropriate condition. **Requirements:** * Basic education in administration or customer service. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Fluency in Spanish and Catalan. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and organizational ability. * Discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive information. * Prior experience in similar positions or in the sociosanitary sector will be valued. **Conditions:** * Working hours and schedule to be determined according to the center’s needs. * **Salary according to the GERCAT Collective Agreement**. * Start date subject to availability.
