We are currently seeking a Director of Value Proposition for Businesses and Self-Employed (Sant Cugat del Vallès), whose main mission will be: Define, lead, and execute the multichannel commercial strategy for the Self-Employed, Business, and SME segments, defining the value proposition from a sector-specific and specialized perspective in both commercial management and product offering and pricing; drive digitalization and innovation with the goal of maximizing customer engagement and loyalty, while ensuring an integrated customer experience and sustainable value creation for both the customer and the bank.

Your main responsibilities will be:
* You will define and update the multichannel value proposition strategy for each sector, ensuring alignment with digitalization and innovation trends.
* You will analyze the market, competition, and customer behavior to adjust offerings and pricing according to sector evolution.
* You will develop and manage a competitive portfolio integrating financial and non-financial solutions tailored to the specific needs of each sub-segment and sector.
* You will drive innovation in products, services, and pricing to enhance competitiveness, promoting the adoption of digital technologies to improve customer experience and commercial efficiency.
* You will identify, establish, and manage external strategic alliances with providers, digital platforms, industry associations, fintechs, etc., that add value to each sector’s value proposition and strengthen positioning.
* You will collaborate with the Marketing department on designing the segment’s multichannel communication strategy, ensuring effective market translation of the value proposition through digital, physical, relational, and event-based channels to increase visibility, differentiation, and consideration.
* You will analyze the performance of the offerings and implemented initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, profitability, customer engagement, and satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities and ensure achievement of the segment’s strategic objectives.
* You will conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identifying patterns and trends to provide data-driven strategic solutions and recommendations.
* You will coordinate strategic projects related to value proposition and offering, ensuring execution and alignment across involved departments, as well as ongoing follow-up through executive presentations, periodic reporting, and support in communications with senior management.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role similar to the one described in this vacancy. Professional experience in business development, customer strategy, innovation, etc., within the financial sector or consulting.
* Proven experience in value proposition design, product development, and servicing.
* Data analysis, interpretation, and report development.
* Knowledge of the self-employed, business, and SME segments.
* Skills and competencies: Strategic vision with analytical capacity and results orientation. Understanding of the financial environment, business models, and digitalization trends. Ability to manage projects and coordinate with internal and external teams. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and creation of executive presentations. Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills. Innovative thinking, analytical ability, and decision-making capability. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
* Technical knowledge of offerings for Self-Employed, Business, and SME clients.
