The **Timestamp** Group, a leader in the information technology consulting sector and experiencing strong growth, seeks to strengthen its Finance and Administration team by hiring a **Receptionist**. ##### **Responsibilities** * Answering phone calls and attending clients, suppliers, and visitors in person. * Supporting invoice management and processing. * Supervising and maintaining facilities occupied by the company. * Archiving and managing the company’s routine documentation. * Assisting in organizing and coordinating meetings. * Arranging meals and interviews. * Managing orders and purchases. * Receiving and dispatching correspondence. ##### **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Critical thinking mindset and eagerness to learn. * Proactivity and initiative. * Orientation toward value creation, rigor, quality, and responsibility. ##### **Language Competencies** * Spanish and English language proficiency (highly valued). ###### **Applications** Interested candidates must submit an updated curriculum vitae.
