Description
The selected candidate will join the administrative team to support the department's daily operations. Key responsibilities will include centralized management of telephone calls—both incoming and outgoing—to ensure smooth and professional communication. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing, classifying, and archiving physical and digital documentation, ensuring accessibility and proper maintenance.
Another key responsibility will be direct contact with clients to address inquiries, manage incidents, or provide information, always with a customer-service orientation. In the financial\-administrative domain, the candidate will perform billing tasks, including issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and maintaining an orderly record of these operations.
Furthermore, the candidate will carry out other support duties requested by the department, which may range from preparing reports using office software tools to providing logistical support in organizing internal events or meetings—thereby contributing to the overall efficient operation of the office.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:30, with Fridays ending at 15:00. The offered salary is 10\.11 euros gross per hour. Initial employment will be through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT) for a period of two months, with the possibility of subsequent direct hiring into the company’s permanent staff. The work environment is characterized by a positive atmosphere.
A vocational training qualification (Medium or Higher Level) in Administrative Management is required; this is a mandatory requirement for the position. Professional proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish—both spoken and written—is essential. Having a personal vehicle is considered a plus. Advanced knowledge of office software and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are required.
