We are looking to hire a JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER for a sustainable construction company located in the Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona. **Responsibilities include:** * Preparing and reviewing drawings, calculations, technical reports, and specifications. * Analyzing technical specifications and participating in the preparation of bids and tenders. * Supporting project planning and technical follow-up. * Coordinating with site teams, design, procurement, and production departments. * Performing measurements, budgets, certifications, and cost control. * Managing technical documentation and ensuring its proper distribution. * Ensuring compliance with current regulations (technical codes, environmental standards, safety, etc.). * Managing technical changes and resolving design clashes during execution. **Requirements:** * University degree in industrial engineering or similar. * Professional attitude and potential; prior experience is not required. * Class B driver's license for site visits (mostly in Barcelona city and province). **Employment offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 / 15:00 to 18:00, Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. * Salary between 25,000 - 27,000 EUR gross annually depending on candidate profile.
