Assists in food preparation and preservation **JOB OFFERING FOR KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **DESCRIPTION:** Grupo el Reloj, a group dedicated to restaurant services specializing in market-based and Mediterranean cuisine, requires several Kitchen Assistants. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry as a Kitchen Assistant. * Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety procedures in the kitchen. * Valid work documents. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare ingredients: peeling, boiling, cutting, etc. · Assist in preparing dishes ready for service. · Clean and organize the kitchen, utensils, and work area. * Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Full-time shift, morning or afternoon, to be agreed upon. * Terms to be agreed upon. * Immediate start.
