Responsibilities Avanza is opening a recruitment process to hire bus drivers for a weekly schedule of 30 hours, covering urban bus services in Rubí. Responsibilities * Safely, responsibly, and economically operate road-based passenger transportation. * Verify the technical condition of the vehicle and its auxiliary equipment through periodic safety checks. * Collaborate in vehicle preservation and preventive bus maintenance to ensure maximum performance and uninterrupted service delivery. * Identify and locate mechanical failures occurring en route, and assist passengers accordingly. * Respond appropriately in case of accidents or incidents, provide information to passengers, and channel their complaints or claims. * Passion for the job and daily professional commitment. * Strong customer orientation and communication skills. * Proficiency and mastery in vehicle operation. Requirements \- Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Valid Class D driving license and Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) for passenger transport * Additional training related to road-based passenger transport is desirable (e.g., customer service, eco-driving, economical driving) * Good command of Catalan and Spanish * Personal vehicle is mandatory for accessing the workplace facilities and shift handover transfers * Immediate availability * Shuttle service (correturnos) Offer \- Inclusion in a stable talent pool to meet the company’s ongoing staffing needs * Irregular shifts, shuttle service (correturnos) * Salary according to collective agreement * 30-hour weekly work schedule
