Main responsibilities include operating machinery and equipment, performing basic maintenance, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth line operations. It is essential to follow safety instructions, maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, and report any incidents occurring during the shift. The position also involves handling industrial tools, conducting basic quality checks during production, and supporting logistical tasks such as preparing materials or managing finished products. Work is performed on rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, thus requiring flexible availability. Adaptability to varying paces and commitment to efficiency are key attributes. No prior experience is required, although it is valued. What matters most is a responsible attitude, eagerness to learn, initiative, and ability to work well in a team. The company provides initial training on processes, safety regulations, and equipment. The contract is temporary, with long-term prospects within an established organization. Availability to work rotating shifts—mornings, afternoons, and nights—is required. A medium-level vocational qualification in electromechanics, electricity, or industrial training is preferred but not mandatory if relevant prior work experience as an operator exists.
