Joining an established and growing company At **HCM CONSTRUCCIÓN**, we seek to hire a versatile Architect to strengthen our technical team. The selected candidate will participate in civil works and building construction projects and collaborate with our naval sector team. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and development of architectural projects (basic and execution phases). * Support in construction management and site supervision. * Preparation of measurements, budgets, and cost control. * Coordination with engineering firms and other professionals in multidisciplinary projects. * Adaptation and development of architectural solutions for industrial and naval-related projects. * Document management and administrative processing of projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project design and/or construction management. * Versatile profile capable of adapting to different project types (civil works, building construction, and industrial projects). * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Presto, Rhino, Tekla Structures. * Knowledge of current regulations. * Experience in industrial environments or the naval sector is preferred. * Teamwork skills and autonomy. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. * Participation in diverse projects (civil works, building construction, and naval sector). * Professional development and opportunity to assume responsibilities. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
