Job Description **What your day-to-day will look like...** * Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major failures. * Diagnose and repair problems in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building aspects. * Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to minimize impact on hotel operations. * Properly maintain and manage tools and equipment used for maintenance. * Respond to emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, or critical system failures to minimize negative impacts. * Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to coordinate room and common area maintenance without negatively affecting guest experience. Qualifications* Previous experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry. * Certifications or technical courses in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related disciplines are advantageous. * Solid knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building maintenance-related areas. * Practical skills and dexterity to perform repairs and maintenance across various areas. * Ability to communicate effectively with hotel staff and other departments. * Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, as maintenance needs may arise at any time.
