Your mission will be to support the preparation of assigned dishes under the supervision of the station chef or head chef, ensuring correct technical execution and plating according to established quality standards. Key responsibilities: Perform mise en place for your assigned station (cleaning, cutting, and basic food preparation), ensuring compliance with the restaurant’s quality standards. Collaborate in the preparation and plating of dishes under the supervision of the station chef and/or sous chef, following technical sheets and established presentations. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper disinfection of your workstation, utensils, and equipment, adhering to hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP, allergens). Receive, label, and store raw materials and prepared products, ensuring proper rotation, storage conditions, and expiry date control.
