Currently, we are looking for a technician for our Quality Department, who will collaborate, among other things, in the following functions: \- Management of system documentation. Updating process documentation, monitoring indicators and objectives. \- Resolution of internal and external non-conformities. \- Handling, control, and management of complaints and claims. \- Collaboration in the preparation of internal and external audits. \- Continuous improvement of the implemented management system. \- Review of facilities, verification of regulatory compliance, and preparation of reports. REQUIREMENTS: \- At least 1 year of experience in a quality department. \- Knowledge of quality systems based on the following standards: ISO 9001, UNE 15224, UNE 179002 and/or ISO 22525. \- Knowledge of data protection regulations. \- Intermediate level of office software and proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, ...): the work is primarily computer-based. \- Experience in internal and external audits. \- Experience in process management, including identification of risks and opportunities.
