Your primary responsibility within the company will be to ensure impeccable cleaning, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen areas, guaranteeing compliance with the highest standards of quality, food safety, and risk prevention. This vacancy is for our Insotel Tarida Beach Resort \& Spa located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Cleaning of areas and surfaces:** Cleaning and disinfection of work zones, tables, countertops, floors, walls, hoods, filters, and common kitchen areas. * **Waste management:** Waste removal and recycling according to APPCC protocols; emptying and maintenance of bins; cardboard compaction and waste disposal in accordance with regulations. * **Organization and storage:** Proper classification, organization, and storage of clean tableware and supplies; restocking materials in kitchens and bars. * **Support to the kitchen team:** Collaboration on basic tasks related to the department.
