




An administrative assistant whose main responsibilities include receiving vehicle documentation from users scheduled for inspection at the ITV, organizing their passage through the inspection line, collecting service fees, collaborating with line inspectors, and performing daily cash reconciliation. Providing customer and user support by telephone as well as at the mobile station itself. Collaborating with supervisors and technical management on organizational tasks, scheduling, shift planning, and managing station absences. Occasionally assisting inspectors in organizing vehicles and users.
