For one of our rapidly growing service hubs in Southern France or Spain, we are looking for a Lead Business Support – someone who coordinates the daily commercial, administrative, and facility operations and ensures our customers experience the ultimate Wajer experience. **This will be your role** As Lead Business Support, you are the central figure in the Wajer customer experience. You often start your day by answering customer questions about their next trip or charter, ensuring everything is smoothly arranged. You support the Area Manager and Operations Manager, coordinate charter requests, align appointments with Sales, and oversee execution by the team. In addition to customer contact, you pay attention to operational aspects: you distribute tasks, monitor quality, process administrative data, and ensure facility matters such as housing, cleaning, and mobility run flawlessly. You also build sustainable relationships with local partners and represent Wajer at a strategic level.
