By embracing the Six Senses vision and values, I will deliver an exceptional experience for guests and develop hosts to be the very best they can be. **Operational Ownership** As an Human Resources Trainee, I will take responsibility for efficiently supporting various HR tasks to ensure smooth operations and uphold the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional services in line with brand standards. An important part of the role is to interact with Hosts (employees) and guests in a professional, courteous, and positive manner and proactively seek feedback. I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role: * Assist in the Recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, participate in Recruitment Fairs, etc. * Assist with the onboarding process and orientations for new Hosts. * Provide administrative support an respond to all HR inquiries. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor laws. * Assist in preparation of HR reports and analyze metrics like turnover rates. * Assist with addressing employee grievances and concerns. * Maintain and update Hosts records and documentation. * Training \& Mission Wellness Coordination: Organize training sessions, manage Mission Wellness Activities and track Hosts progress. It is advantageous having previous internship or exposure to Human Resources functions (e.g. recruitment, employee management, etc.) in hotels. Experience in customer\-facing roles, especially in hotels or service industries, is valuable for understanding employee needs in a hospitality environment. I have an excellent command of written and spoken Spanish \& English. An European Visa is mandatory. *I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.*

By embracing the Six Senses vision and values, I will deliver an exceptional experience for guests and develop hosts to be the very best they can be. **Duties and Responsibilities** In this role, I will assume responsibility for the efficient operation of all tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My duties will include: * Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standards is consistently delivered. * Ensure all mise\-en\-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to the opening hour of service. * Have a strong knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F\&B activities, updating this knowledge as necessary. * Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and data entry to support the F\&B department. * Participate in Hosts training sessions and meetings to improve knowledge of operational processes. * Assist in coordinating events, private functions, and special services across all F\&B outlets, ensuring smooth execution. * Assist in stock\-taking and inventory checks to ensure that all F\&B supplies are maintained adequately. * Support the management team in preparing reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial tracking. * Actively monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensure follow\-up on any feedback received. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross\-functional communication and a seamless guest experience. * Understand menu prices and actively suggest upselling when appropriate to enhance the guest experience. * Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross\-cultural environment positively. Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies on discounts/food promotion etc. I am familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus. *I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.*
