Join the Environmental Educators team and become part of an innovative educational project that promotes sustainability and ecological responsibility among participants through practical activities, workshops and participatory dynamics. * **Where will you work?** You will work by traveling across Ibiza or surrounding areas. * **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term intermittent contract. * **What salary and collective agreement apply?** 18,111.47€ gross annual salary full-time (pro-rata calculation required). Leisure sector collective agreement. * **What will your working hours and schedule be?** You will join the team **from November 4th to November 24th, 2025**. Your working hours will be **30 weekly hours**, from **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM** (with occasional possibility of working some afternoons). **What will be your functions and responsibilities?** * Dynamize workshops on energy efficiency. * Evaluate developed activities. * Control stock of materials required for activity delivery. * Communicate and manage incidents. * Attend internal coordination meetings. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training in Occupational Health and Environment; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or similar. * Must hold a **driving license (B1) and have access to a personal vehicle.** **Skills and competencies:** * Customer service skills, ability to adapt to different population profiles and attention to diversity. * Ability to manage and resolve incidents. * Capacity for teamwork and networking with other stakeholders. * Dynamism and proactivity. * Autonomy and responsibility. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** It means being part of a **B Corp™ certified consultancy** where sustainability is not just a word, but a daily action.
