INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing rapid growth. Your primary role within the company will be to assist in the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages at the restaurant/buffet/bar, as well as ensuring appropriate and satisfactory customer service within the restaurant/buffet/bar area, in accordance with the organization's established quality policies and standards. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing the buffet to ensure smooth service operations. * Cleaning designated areas. * Following the guidelines outlined in the buffet procedures manual. * Checking stock levels of beverages, napkins, and other utensils. * Paying attention to all details before, during, and after service, and remaining attentive to guests' needs throughout service. * Collecting, organizing, storing, cleaning, and maintaining all materials and utensils used during service in good condition.
