Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Construction Site Manager** for building projects to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities * Organize and supervise daily on-site work. * Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Plan work phases and allocate resources. * Monitor proper execution of works in accordance with the project. * Track adherence to schedules and established deadlines. * Supervise the use of materials, machinery, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Identify and resolve issues arising during construction. * Coordinate with the Site Manager and Technical Management. * Control the quality of completed works. Requirements CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects. Knowledge of economic control and construction planning. Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Driving license category B.
